Senior experience across advisory, investing and operations

U-Yun has over 25 years of experience across management consulting, investment management and finance, building businesses from the ground up and advising sophisticated investors and multinational corporations across Asia Pacific, Europe and the US. As a former entrepreneur, he raised capital from a family office for a greenfield finance business in Singapore and set up a multi-family office managing the funds of three prominent Asian families.

In 2007, he established and scaled a US$4 billion hedge fund's entire Asia Pacific presence from the ground up, followed by more than 20 years of buy-side advisory for multinational clients across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, data centres, infrastructure, oil & gas, manufacturing and consumer goods, advising leading private equity firms including The Carlyle Group, Macquarie Asset Management, TPG, Temasek and the Indonesia Investment Authority. His sell-side track record spans capital raises and divestitures for founders, family businesses and large SMEs across Asia and Europe.

Erica brings 8+ years of management consulting and strategic advisory experience across APAC, working with senior leadership teams to structure complex decisions and translate strategy into execution. Her experience spans growth strategy, corporate transformation and operational performance across multi-market environments, with direct exposure to M&A-related initiatives and pre-IPO readiness.

She has served as Head of the Executive Office (Chief of Staff) at a Japan-listed advisory and investment group, partnering with the CEO on enterprise planning, governance and cross-functional execution, and has advised public sector clients on policy and development frameworks with a focus on supply chains, MSME development and the digital economy. Her industry experience spans automotive, chemicals, heavy equipment, industrial manufacturing, agrifood and logistics.

Erica holds an MBA from NUS Business School, an MSc in Investment, Risk & Finance from the University of Westminster, and a BSc in Economics & Finance from Cardiff University.
